You may request access to your Personal Information held by Sonder Property at any time by contacting us.

We will respond to your request within 14 days and endeavour to provide the requested information within 30 days.

Sonder Property may charge a reasonable administrative fee for providing access but will not charge for making the request itself or for correcting information.

There may be circumstances where access cannot be granted, including where:

• Providing access may pose a serious threat to health or safety
• The request is frivolous or vexatious
• Providing access would be unlawful or prejudice legal investigations or enforcement activities

If access is denied, Sonder Property will provide written reasons for the decision.

Who does Sonder Property disclose my personal information to?
